I used to work the swing-shift.
It's not nearly as bad as the graveyard shift tho.

I worked that shift 3:30-midnight when I was in college

You could still hit the bars after work, sleep till 10 and have most of the day off

I did it for a while as a young welder for Fruehauf Corp. You just have to spring forward 8 hrs, instead of one.
