What time? A chimp could do it.

1. The fries and oil are all pre-measured and temperature controlled.
2. A bell goes off when they are done and I think the arm automatically lifts them out of the oil.
3. They drain according to a timer.
4. All that's left is the simple shaking of the fries into the individual cardboard bags then hand them to the customer.

I could teach a 12 year old to do that.
