Without China's funding, Russia would have already come to the table for negotiation. As long as we allow China to keep supporting Russia, not much will change.

I don't think anyone wants to discuss the 800lb gorilla in the room. The biggest winner in this war is China. People don't realize it, but the biggest geopolitical prize is controlling a land bridge between the pacific and the atlantic. With their partnership with Russia this is getting closer. Some day China will have massive influence across the entire eurasian continent that sits right on top of the world's most coveted resources. When that happens everyone will say the Ukraine proxy war was the catalyst.
