The victim was White, therefore no hate crime.
that's funny given that the right thinks it's ok to stalk and kill unarmed black teens.
Oh geez, so it's okay if the black teen walks up to an old lady and knocks her the **** out? Hey, let's just preclude the possibility that any black person can commit a criminal offense and pin his folly on the white man.
Where do you get your logic?
There is no logic. Race baiters only know how to bash all white people and blame them for everything.
Plus, the fact that the poster claimed that the right thinks it's ok to stalk and kill black teens is so wrong. Defending yourself is okay. Murder is not. Shame some are incapable of understanding the difference.
Ganging up on a person and beating them while shouting things that clearly indicate the attack is prompted simply by the victim's color is racist and should be a hate crime by definition.
I am sick of special laws being harder on people who happen to be white. Crime is crime. Hate is hate. Hate crime is just a law that allows the race baiters to strike out at the whites and give them harsh penalties. Normally, it is not necessary to determine motive for crimes and the reason is because you can't do that. No one can read minds, yet they attempt to and, of course, think they can do so accurately. In this case, the things the attackers shouted was a good clue as to why they were doing that. Yet, the left will treat it as some minor crime. They probably like it when this happens because they believe all whites should suffer over the sins of our forefathers and the sins that the left imagines.
These teens will get a slap on the wrist and there will be more crimes committed in the future by all of them. By refusing to denounce their actions as reprehensible, the left is more or less encouraging more of the same.
Now, considering that the left claims to be fair minded, I expect Obama to make a public comment any moment denouncing the actions of these young, hateful criminals.
