I don't know how bad diabetes can get....but I did read that hers is an extreme case. That probably entails dialysis also as the kidneys begin to fail due to the disease.

To be fair there have been a number of decisions where the liberal justices voted conservative decisions. The 9-zip decision on the state ballot issue was one of them.

Sotomayor has never expressed a desire to leave.

And she doesn't need 4 years....she needs a minimum of 12. 4 years for Trump and then 8 years for Vance.
Then possibly another 4 or 8 after that.

They tried to crown Thune....but it failed miserably as soon as he tried it. He ended up embarrassing himself. (People in glass houses)

If the current senate tries to do ANYTHING other than routine....there is going to be a HUGE backlash.....epic in nature....as senator Thune found out.

Don't be surprised at anything.
The SCOTUS justices should stay out of unshaded windows IMO.
