In the year 1900, America's population was only 76,212,168. Today, it is over 300 million.

So there has been an huge increase in population in just the span of 100 years.
Even if America's population dropped all the way back to what it was in the year 1900, I believe that America would get along just fine, given how comparatively low national populations have been for most of human history.
So I don't understand the fearmongers who balk about "population replacement", or why they think it matters. We don't need "more" just for the sake of "more". If anything, "less is more".
