In the year 1900, America's population was only 76,212,168. Today, it is over 300 million.

So there has been an huge increase in population in just the span of 100 years.

Even if America's population dropped all the way back to what it was in the year 1900, I believe that America would get along just fine, given how comparatively low national populations have been for most of human history.

So I don't understand the fearmongers who balk about "population replacement", or why they think it matters. We don't need "more" just for the sake of "more". If anything, "less is more".

A civilization must replace itself in order to sustain itself though. We can continue to import people who don't appreciate America, it's culture, what it was intended to be. Those now constitute the majority of our population growth and sooner rather than later will overwhelm our natural population and America as we know it will cease to exist. Some think that will be a good thing. Most true Americans think that would be a tragedy not only for Americans but for the world.

You don't need to replace 300 million people. We could do just fine with 70 million, for example.

I'm not at all convinced that the "average American" has a deep appreciation for or understanding of America. Do you have any idea how uneducated the average American is on their rights and freedoms under the law?

Most people's loyalty primarily lies with those who they are in closest proximity to, such as their family or circle of friends. Something as broad and overarching as a national identity which spans 300 million people and an entire continent is nearly as unifying.

Our laws, institutions, rights, and freedoms won't cease to exist at all.

People have been balking about the same thing since the days that the KKK feared the immigration of Irish Catholics, so is the issue just that some people's skin is too dark for you?

You would commiefy America. You are a problem.

So do you plan to machine gun the millions of people now in their senior years or fast getting there so that a couple of hundred million of those don't overwhelm that 70 million?

Medicare can take care of them.

simple, we don't allow anybody in and the population here will likely keep it 1-1, likely grow some

AI and robots are already starting to eliminate the employment in whole industries.

America is a nation of humanistic values and principles. Race is an irrelevant commodity.

But the weak have to hold on to outdated racial ties because they lack any individuality to speak of.
Please explain the meaning of outdated racial ties and how it makes people weak? You stated race is irrelevant. Irrelevant to whom?

What is lack of individuality and how does it cause outdated racial ties?

America is a nation of humanistic values which apply to all men and women. Not one of outdated, race-based tribalism.

Being overly attached to, or identifying with what one believes their "race" to be is a refuge for those who lack individuality and self-actualization.

More people, less land, more resources needed, this expansion for land drives up price, farmers who own land who can't pass it down as their kids are not interested or they die and leave it their kids sell it for their own money, course this takes away our foot production or we cut down perfectly good trees because we need the room, same with businesses who don't always find a large chunk of land that is open
