Actually any babe can look good on TV with the miracle of makeup that Hollywood has developed for about a century. Nobody really knows what female celebrities (and some men) actually look like. To compound the confusion the miracle of electronic voice technology allows little barbie dolls with squeaky voices to become country superstars. Nothing is as it seems.
