The decisions from the Second circuit xourt of appeals was crap......they lied in their decision on assault rifles and lied without shame......
and here is why the magazine capacity ban os stupid....
watch the video....the shooter, with one pistol, fires 40 rounds in 16 seconds...more rounds than wer needed in Sandy Hook.....amd this is why they will never stop. They want all guns, not just Ar-15s.
