Why Is This Part Always Ignored When It Comes to Abortion?

The pro-aborts don't care.

They didn't want Scott Peterson charged with two murders, for example.

They believe life starts only with a magical spell that's cast when the baby passes through the birth canal.

So how do they explain the baby kicking inside of the mother or the fact that he or she is caught yawning, crying, breathing, and sucking his or her thumb on the ultrasound? Last time I checked a clump of cells can't do all of that.

Actually maybe it isn't ignored. Maybe people just don't care.

Not sure when that South Park episode came out, but I wouldn't be surprised that it was right after Scott Peterson was convicted of killing his pregnant wife, Lacey and their unborn son, Connor in Modesto, CA. The point is spot on.

He probably didn't commit one murder. The case against him is pretty dubious. He was essentially convicted of being a shitty husband.

Okay, a few points here.

1) First, Fetal Homicide laws are bogus. If you assault a pregnant woman and she loses the baby, you should be charged with assault or just the murder of that woman. These laws have already been abused to go after women who have had miscarriages.

2) Life does not begin at conception. The reality is that 2/3rd of zygotes which are conceived never attach to the Uterine wall, and about half of those that do miscarry or are aborted.

Actually, that magical spell is called "A birth certificate".

When it is issued, you are granted citizenship and recognition by the law.

Which is not the case for miscarriages and aborted fetuses.
