So why aren't the political parties required to either follow the Constitution
or respect Constitutional beliefs even if they don't agree with them?

If I don't agree with Muslim beliefs, I can still respect their free choice not to be penalized.
I don't have to agree with Atheists, to respect their free choice not to be forced to follow Christianity they don't believe in.

In fact, since Atheists have sued to remove crosses from public institutions because it "offends their beliefs"
why this attack on Constitutionalists for defending their beliefs from being penalized by law?

Why the double standard with Constitutional beliefs in limited government and personal responsibility to pay for one's own health care without federal mandates?

It's not like people are asking to do anything illegal under their beliefs.

If the choice of abortion is not considered illegal
why is the choice of paying for health care being penalized like a crime?

It's not as if insurance is the "only way" to pay for health care,
so why is that being penalized as if it is federally necessary?

In a word ,Sir, the answer to your questions is very simple. It is called progressive socialism. Obama is a socialist, he believes that big government is the answer to every problem. He believes in spreading the wealth, he believes in massive regulations and total government control, he believes the government always knows what is best for you. He believes in higher taxes and taking direct control of over one sixth of our economy. He believes in destroying anyone or any group that opposes or criticizes him. Obama believes that our Constitution is an outdated document that does not need to be recognized or obeyed. The Affordable Care Act is in fact anything but affordable and it is only going to get worse, much worse in fact. Over two thirds of the people who have signed up for health care are getting it totally free, someone has to pay for this. It will be paid for with even higher premiums more taxes and higher fines for the rest of us. In other words other peoples money. Margret Thatcher actually said it best when she stated, Socialism is fine on paper, in reality it will always fail, when you run out of other people's money to fund it. If you think it is bad now, just wait until after the elections when the insurance companies adjust their premium rates. The Dems and Obama believe Americans are very stupid, they actually believe that they can spend their way into prosperity, all the while we are sinking further and further in debt. Here is the cold and hard truth, no socialist government that has ever existed on this planet has ever succeeded or survived.

Churches are always trying to distance themselves from politics in fear of losing their tax exempt status because of the rulings of the separation of church and state. They have to follow secular status in order to follow the higher order.
