FCC Chairman Calls Out Lies About 'Maryland Man' Abrego Garcia

Brendan Carr

@BrendanCarrFCC

Comcast outlets spent days misleading the American public—implying that Abrego Garcia was merely a law abiding U.S. citizen, just a regular “Maryland man.”When the truth comes out, they ignore it.
Comcast knows that federal law requires its licensed operations to serve the public interest.
News distortion doesn’t cut it
.Abrego Garcia came to America illegally from El Salvador, was validated as a member of the violent MS13 gang—a transnational criminal organization—and was denied bond by an immigration court for failure to show he would not pose a danger to others.
Why does Comcast ignore these facts of obvious public interest?

Oh I didn’t miss anything….the PG police gang unit absolutely says he’s a member of MS13. That makes him by definition today, a terrorist member. Out he goes…period.

Then further due process occurred, leading to his deportation.

Now he is undergoing due process in his own fucking country.

Good riddance to the invader.
He received no Due Process where he could see actual charges against him and raise a defense.

You know, like in the Constitution

Progs broke through all of that with the Jan. 6 Off Broadway Insurrection stage show. Perhaps this gang member could be charged as an Insurrectionist.

Where he belongs, and in his own country.
OK
If you claim he belongs in prison, you need to provide evidence that he belongs there.

A tattoo is not enough

Trump showed his tattoos, he was caught with two MS-13 gang members, he has standing in MS-13, courts already said he is an MS-13 member and needs to be deported, he is a citizen of El Salvador, he is back home.

...after several days in courts. He already had his due process. He was ruled to be deported.
His days in court resulted in him being admitted to the country
He is married to a citizen and has a child who is a citizen

Trump has yet to provide any evidence in an immigration court
He just claims he has it

He also admits he deported him by mistake
