Why does "everyone" despise the homeless? Our Savior was Homeless

can't argue w/ that. And this is the reason I don't respond to most lib posters.. They never seem to want to have a legitimate discussion.. No, it's always

You moron! You're wrong! Trump bad, all dims good

and other such rot..

Uh, yeh.. no thanks

I generally don't insult people.

But you need to understand that 95% of people will not reply to anything that makes sense.

If you write something simple, maybe you can get into a deeper conversation. A small chance. If you write something complex that has the amount of words required to explain yourself properly, there's a 0.0000000001% chance they'll reply.
But you don't want to have a decent conversation, then fine.

However in your OP you wrote:

"Well, no one wants to see the homeless because no one wants to think thatsome human beings are not: clean, sheltered.. getting needs met. We don't like that because we don't believe in that and that is GOOD."

"But it usually goes further, from hating neediness to hating the needy"

Two generalizations....

go figure.

No doubt, some homeless do not want to work, but I've known situations where the person could NOT work, had valid reasons for not working a conventional job. I knew this one person who had PTSD so bad... scared of everything and everyone.. Other than that the person was rational and law abiding, a good citizen. Don't blame the poor for the stupid policies of people who want to get rich off them by claiming to help them. That's the way I see a lot of gummit programs.. just enriching people who already HAVE while ignoring the have nots.. .
I don't know anyone who hates the homeless. I know many people who hate the reasons people are homeless and the problems caused by homelessness.

Disabilities, both mental and physical are common among the chronic homeless. Getting and keeping a job is usually impossible. For example, these people take a job and forget to go to work or they show up and they are physical or mentally unable to do the work. It doesn't take many times of being fired before you give up.

That's why they need to be in a care facility. Most could likely recover with proper treatment. This would also provide employment for the many who go into social work. These people are our greatest social problem, with the exception of criminals of course.
