Why do police assault peaceful protesters?

It seems that there is no violence until the riot police come in to start a riot.
Why do creepy covert police agencies violate human rights? From the NKVD, Gestapo to OPP/TPS et al. Welcome to the weakness of mans (some men and womens) character.

If citizens don't demand accountability you will wake up to Canada one day. Your economy will be destroyed, your best/brightest/most courageous will leave your country, and, you will be assured a decline in your standard of living.

If a cop violates someones rights, hold them to account. If they are just doing their job in a lawful manner, than hold those who broke the law accountable in a court of law.

I have seen many protests. People marching, chanting, carrying signs. No fires. No broken windows.

Enter the police and everything turns to shit.

When have you ever seen a riot WITHOUT THE POLICE?

P F is a batshit crazy pro-Hamas and anti-Israel guy.

Beats the hell out of being a super patriotic american clown who supports democracy and racial equality in America and a jewish racial dictatorship in Palestine.

Uh huh, sure.

Not to mention the lefty who pulled out a rifle and got people shot in Salt Lake City protest.

No one is buying the "mostly peaceful protest".
It's one thing to have a peaceful protest that is over taken by instigators. Jan 6 is a good example, but it was a one and done.

It is clearly established the anit-ICE protesting is connected with instigators wanting to cause violence/destruction/chaos.
So people choosing to attended do so at their own risk, including getting caught up any form of response from LE.

Police simply lack impulse control, too many of them do at least.
