Why do I get so many lip plumper ads?

Do you ever think about the banner ads on these pages? Do we all see the same ones? Are they targets at us because of what we've posted? What thread we're in? Is it just random?

And why do I get SO many lip plumper ads? Do I need plumper lips???

Yes--get the biggest size they offer on Angelina Jolie. You would look great with lips so big that you can't see your face.
