Why did they use the swastika in this 1907 photo of San Diego?

Hitler was supposedly an artist. But, like all socialists, he preferred to steal rather than create.

Because there were no Nazis in 1907, and the swastika had completely different meanings than it would much later under Adolf Hitler. The swastika became a kind of first victim of the Nazis. A victim which was never rehabilitated and is now considered a perpetrator. Fortunatetly not all over the world. In some parts of the world, it still has its original meanings. So you have to be careful in foreign countries about verbally attacking someone who has any connection with a swastika. This often has nothing to do with Nazis.

Incidentally, it seems that nowadays people with their own structural Nazi behavior tend to slander others as Nazis. What's the big deal? It's just breaking one of the Ten Commandments. Dear God will generously overlook it ... or maybe not. Who knows?

Exactly my point.

Lefttardz are the very fascists that they accuse others of being.

Thanks!

I never said that. In my opinion, that is an unacceptable generalization and overinterpretation. What you are saying here comes on its own very close to “structural Nazi behavior” and represents somehow a hate message along the lines of: “The leftists are my enemies, so they are Nazis.”

Historically speaking, however, the Nazis are not left-wing extremists but right-wing extremists.

Have you ever googled "leftist Fascism?"

You should.
