The Saudis are living well. When people live well, they tend to be fairly happy (unless they're dimocrap FILTH, the actual scum of the Earth)

And when people are happy, they tend to be peaceful.

Capitalism does that. It makes people happy. They acquire things that make them happy. Nice Homes, nice families, nice cars, good educations, no crime..... Little things like that.

While they are all keeping a very low profile, China has been sending huge planes to Iran filled with who knows what but I don't think it is gummy bears. In addition, Putin heard something about Trump maybe using limited nukes at Fordow and warned Trump against doing that. But, you are right, we haven't even heard crickets from Iran's so called allies.

If Tehran does not near permanently block the Gulf of Hormuz, then the whole operation has been a stunt to save Trumpfy from a very tight hole .
They have been playing high level and high stake poker .
In that narrative , Trumpfy will have made private concessions built around a quick resolution to matters.

That is , they will let Tehran make apparent token bombing gestures -- in Haifa , for example , which is presently wrecked and out of action .

China is unable to project that much power that far from home in order to interdict the US military.
