Look, Boasbeg wasn't even the duty judge that Saturday when the ACLU came creeping to the DC courthouse.

In fact, why was Boasberg even there on a Saturday? Did the ACLU not like the duty judge and privately called Boasberg to run to the courthouse and wait until the duty judge was momentarily unavailable so a known TDS gripped Boasberg could grab this matter for himself?

Anyway, plenty of case law says that if he didn't put it in writing, it has no force. Now, Boasberg is big mad and trying to blame everyone but himself.

He should have stayed home that Saturday. His TDS wouldn't permit it though.

But there's a deadline, I tell you.

Tuesday.

I mean, um, the 31st

I mean, um... never mind

When you can`t defend the actions of Dear Leader, just scream TDS. :auiqs.jpg:

President Trump told Boasberg to fuck off.

That's good enough for me.

Pam Bondi knows the law and this moron Boasberg doesn't.

Or he's corrupt, take your pick.
Now he has brought scrutiny upon himself and his family for not being neutral in the matter.
I would say he might be facing prosecution in the near future.
