Wrong. Senate republicans claim that it is LIKELY the emails were deleted after the subpoena. That's from your link and it isn't fact or evidence, it is speculation that is being used to stir up an investigation. Also notice the timeline. All this stuff happened in 2008-2012, yet all the accusations are coming in 2105-2016 during the campaign... It's pretty obvious what's going on. Open your eyes

Relying on memory, I think the timeline was the subpoena was received but only requested documentation related to Benghazi and the facility. Then Clinton asked her lawyer and chief of staff to go through all email on the server making a copy of all work related emails which included what was being requested in the subpoena. Clinton then requested that the company that maintained the server delete all the email on the server which would have been only her personal email. As it turned out, the company did not delete it for some time.

The birther conspiracy began with several emails assumed to be from Clinton supporters, not Hillary Clinton or her staff, claiming Obama was born out of the United States.

This so typically Donald Trump. Never admit your mistake and blame it on someone else. He knows it's a lie but he can't just say sorry, I was wrong. The words just won't come out of his mouth. It will be interesting see what he comes up with in the debates. It wouldn't sunrise me if he blamed it on Obama.

Questioning the validity of a sitting president, is not comparable to 'we faked the lunar landings'.

I doubt his supporters would be surprised if he claim we never landed on the moon. Trump has embraced many fringe conspiracy theories. For example:
