Can you imagine the legal wrangling that occured @ Apple headquarters when launch was approaching?

The product, project and release managers are close to jumping out the window and here comes legal "oh, we have one more requirement...we need a no bomb making disclosure on the license agreement"

No one does but that entire concept is one of the reasons that I no longer purchase much digital content. I can download it for free and own it like I should be able to or I can pay someone to ‘allow’ me to use it but never own it. Something is seriously screwed up in copyright law today not to mention the loss of personal property concepts.
