did cingular get screwed out of a bunch of cash or did ATT customers lose out?

This is really a shame. I've had AT&T wireless for a few years - the service has been very good.

I meant customer service......cingular is in it for the money...nothing but cash...

My experience with Cingular's customer service was so bad, I quit using my cell phone. I think AT&T's customers got royally screwed here.
