BLM is an organization designed to appeal to other ignorant black people. They create this illusion that a police officer has no right to use deadly force against a black person, especially an unarmed one. The fact is they are too stupid to look up the laws which clearly state a person needs not to be armed in order to use deadly force against them.
This not only applies to police officers, but any legally armed citizen. Our laws mirror most other states when it says an armed person is legally allowed to use deadly force if they believe they (or others) are in jeopardy of serious bodily harm or death.
The two key words and phrases are "believe" and "serous bodily harm." What is serious bodily harm? There is no legal definition of it. How does a prosecutor charge a shooter when he or she would have to demonstrate they knew what the person believed at the time of the shooting? Unless you do something stupid like post it on Facebook, there is no way to prove what somebody believed at the time.
