Long history of violence and mental illness likely a schizophrenic. Why was he out loose? What is wrong with "these people." So before the you a racist comments start the man in my picture is my brother.

I don't care what his color, because I have seen those eyes on men of every race. And maybe it's my mother/woman instincts, but I see that, I'm immediately on high alert.

So much is in the eyes.

As an aside, in the thousands of children I taught over 32 years, I saw those eyes on just a handful. I remember one 10 yo boy, very early in my career, he looked at me with those dead eyes and my thought was "his eyes are opaque". Like there was no soul there.

Last I knew of him, he was killing animals and leaving them in people's yards, and had landed in juvey.

In the 50s and 60s treatment was poor. JFK had a family member who was abused and given a lobotomy when all she had was autism if I remember. This lead to defunding them in 1963

I worked in 4. Temple University, Horsham Clinic, Warwick House, and Foundations for Behavioral Health over the past 30 years. Treatment is humane and effective. Modern drugs can work miracles. Strict laws determine how are allowed to restrain them when violent or force medication. Warwick House was like summer camp with a school. It was for children. Temple was more like a hospital it as an acute urban unit lots of homeless and criminals a rough place. Techs dont wear uniforms and we try and make the environment less clinical. It was good experience for me

How do we know this isn’t just another patsy, part of a string of incidents orchestrated to garner sympathy for Trump and demonize Democrats?
