While we're on the renaming kick and doing history over, how about these names for the West Bank and Gaza?

Gaza comes from the from the verb עזז ('azaz), to be strong. It's a Jewish word, and has absolutely nothing to do with Palestinians, Arabs, or Muslims.
 
I think we should keep it simple, and name it the Gaza Seaside Resort. It can be rebuilt to have communities a little further inland - complete with homes, schools, shuls, kosher markets, medical clinics, etc. - and with the sea being lined by high-rise hotels and restaurants.
