While we're on the renaming kick and doing history over, how about these names for the West Bank and Gaza?

I guess Bibi City and Trumpland are out for now. Sodom and Gomorrah have been used. Any other suggestions to reset the popular story and avoid those old names with negative baggage? Knesset pushes bill to rename West Bank as 'Judea and Samaria' in docs

Gaza comes from the from the verb עזז ('azaz), to be strong. It's a Jewish word, and has absolutely nothing to do with Palestinians, Arabs, or Muslims.

I think we should keep it simple, and name it the Gaza Seaside Resort. It can be rebuilt to have communities a little further inland - complete with homes, schools, shuls, kosher markets, medical clinics, etc. - and with the sea being lined by high-rise hotels and restaurants.
