While Doing Some Research for an Attorney, I Came Across This DEI Job Board

Do you consider a job board specifically for Jewish people to be DEI?

So while the site gave me pause I was also thinking that surely this can't be what it appears to be. So I Googled "white jobs near me" and the only thing that came up was a sale (auction) for whitejobs.com with the current bid a little under $5,000 for the domain.

So the question is do you consider this as "inclusion" (the "I" in DEI), why or why not.

Unless the job board is being funded by taxpayer money, it's not DEI.

Sounds like that’s a site for people who want to work for Jewish organizations.

If they are using contacts within our .gov (fed/state/local) to get jobs then there's a big problem with it.

This one is a bit sketchy as it looks for Jews to get .gov grants for Jews.

It looks like a privately-funded special interest job board that targets a specific audience.

That’s perfectly fine.

Where the problem comes in is when government agencies have DEI policies. I don’t want my taxes going to a “HWL” (Hire Whites Last) agenda.

I worked for Elbit Fort Worth (EFW) for a year as a contractor on the Apache IHADS system.
The funny part is that they had been GE, and were purchased by Elbit. The workers confided in me that they were owned by the Jews, but were not allowed to say that.

While weren’t they allowed to say the owners were Jewish? If the owners were black, would that have to be a secret too? Or if they were Catholic? What’s the secrecy about Jews?

I have no idea, and they didn't offer a reason. Just "you didn't hear that from me."
It made no difference to me. They paid well, and things like that have never bothered me.

I also worked for Jacob Bernstein Works, Liquid and Bulk Tank Division of Fruehauf Corporation, welding semi trailers together when I was 18.
