The DOJ declared in their own words:
“It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”
The report described the 81-year-old Democrat’s memory as “hazy,” “fuzzy,” “faulty,” “poor” and having “significant limitations.” It noted that Biden could not recall defining milestones in his own life such as when his son Beau died or when he served as vice president.

But today...
Dr. Kevin O’Connor said in a memo there are “no new concerns” with the president’s health revealed by this year’s physical. The White House said earlier Wednesday that no cognitive test was administered as O’Connor did not find it necessary.
“The President feels well and this year’s physical identified no new concerns. He continues to be fit for duty and fully executes all of his responsibilities without any exemptions or accommodations,” O’Connor wrote.
So given the Dr. Kevin O’Connor said in a memo there are “no new concerns” with the president’s health revealed by this year’s physical.
Shouldn't Biden who's memory is NOT as Dr. O'Connor said “hazy,” “fuzzy,” “faulty,” “poor” as the DOJ declared that “It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.
So when will Congress, the general public AND especially the biased MSM require the DOJ to resume a trial as their report on Biden...
states:
"We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory. Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him-by then a former president well into his eighties-of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness."

Will the DOJ resume the investigation now that Dr. O'Connor has refuted the statement made in the above report?

Special counsel alleged Biden couldn't recall personal milestones. His response: 'My memory is fine'
President Joe Biden is angrily denying claims in a special counsel's report that described the 81-year-old Democrat’s memory as “hazy,” “fuzzy,” “faulty,” “poor” and having “significant limitations.”
