The graffiti, which has been painted a wall of a Clacton-on-Sea Boathouse, shows five pigeons waving banners reading “Migrants not welcome”, “Go back to Africa” and “Keep off our worms” at an exotic bird beside them.

The artwork was not racist, it was thought-provoking and terrible amusing. Apparently the local council are not culture vultures.

British schools. certainly the state schools, don't teach art appreciation anymore, which is rather a pity.
