That is actually a disingenuous argument. You are removing them from school libraries and forbidding teachers from using them or keeping them in their classrooms. They are therefore banned in that environment.

1,557 books were banned in tbe 2022-23 school year. Are you going to try and tell me they were all or even mostly “hardcore porn”?

When the left had a hissy fit over Huck Finn, I said the exact same thing. Those books need to be read with the context of the time in which they were written, in mind.
That makes for great class discussion as do many of the books the right is banning. Huck Finn CAN be found in school libraries, however it is among those frequently challenged.
Come on! Do any of the books I listed teach you how to get fucked up the ass? Why are they banned?
