We have a love affair with factories. I want you to look at this video of Germans making Porsches and impute it to all things where normally we think of human labor doing the work. Porsche has essentially put humans out of work. Many factories can also do this. In 50 years we will not recall humans making cars. What do you see for our future?

Socialism's acceptance all over the world.

Similar to China's plan.

Dissimilar to America's plan of profit going to the corporation.

Great topic! It can't be more obvious!

That which is not obvious is Trump's goals and his understanding of this basic truth.

Trump's declared goal is to enrich the working class. Is that the truth or is it the big lie?

One way or another the working class will succeed.

The regime will either deliver to them what they lack-

or_

They will take it by force.

but there will be a lot of jobs for people who maintain automation systems

Trump may understand that he has to deliver.

or....

The system may relieve him of all responsibility before the working class goes hunting for his head.

It's as elementary to understand as was Cuba's Batista regime!

After Trump, will anybody want to be government's king?.

True. The labor workforce is mostly just getting transformed.
  • Increasing automation generally increases quality control as robots generally make fewer mistakes.

ITMT, the workforce is shifted away from unskilled, low-skilled labor to:
  1. Robot designers.
  2. Robot manufacturers.
  3. Robot programmers.
  4. Factory builders.
  5. Robot technicians (maintenance/repair).
  6. Skilled labor.
And with that comes a concomitant increase in trades schools, teachers, colleges, etc., to train all these people.

Future? Which future? ... Christmas? ... oh yeah ...

Clearly, manufacturing will be automated. There just is no good reason to have people repetitively bolting or welding things together when machines do the job not only cheaper, but better, with fewer disruptions, no higher pay demands or strikes, no time off the job, etc. Auto manufacturing is tailor made for automation because the car is moved from in front of one robot to the next. The robot doesn't have to move or adjust to new surroundings, it can simply and mindlessly repeat the exact same steps over and over again. It doesn't need a smart AI, just pre-programmed commands.

Or be enslaved to make the goods. Nah, robots are gonna take the place of humans and their chores. Only the wealthy class will exist.
