- Hired an Al Qaeida-associated militia to 'guard' Ambassador Stephens

- DENIED over 600 of Stephens' pleas for additional security while things in Benghazi was going to shite, while more terrorist training camps were being built, while Al Qaeida flags began being flown over Benghazi Govt buildings, and AFTER every other nation that had people there pulled their people out due to the danger

- TOOK AWAY 14 members of his security team AFTER 2 previous terrorist attacks - the last attack leaving a 4-foot hole in his compound fence - in the weeks before the final attack in which he was killed on 9/11/12.

If that isn't 'killing' someone - the 1st US Ambassador in over 30 years to be murdered - without personally pulling the trigger, I don't know what is....and there are STILL devout Hillary / Obama supporters who defend them over this issue today, insisting they are blameless / faultless in any way for Stephens' death!

I would argue, therefore, that - like it or not - Trump is right that there are such insane, 'loyal' followers out there of not just him but others that he / they could (and have) murdered innocent people, and these nutjob followers would (still do) defend them until Christ came back.
