I certainly do not think so. For Jews possession of the Land of Israel is as important as personal salvation if for Christians. Zionism is Judaism in action.

Fundamentalist Protestants support Israel because they believe that the existence of Israel means that the second coming is Christ is imminent. Support for Israel easily segues to support for Jews wherever in the world they live.
