Apparently, to Democrats, being willing to say "NO" to the president who appointed them is THE key qualification for a United States Attorney General.

These dudes are both California Senators, but they have no concern about what is happening to their state. They are entirely focused on attacking this strong woman.

So, please Democrats. Give us any evidence of Merrick Garland saying "NO" to president Biden. Then any evidence of Lorreta Lynch or Wingman Holder saying "NO" to Obama.

Please give evidence that Biden ever pressured Garland to do anything illegal.

Here that pansy Sheldon "Whites Only" Whitehouse grills her and lies. He tells her that she said "prosecutors will be prosecutors," when she actually said "prosecutors will be prosecuted if bad."

Democrats, why do you keep following these liars?

He has the gall to say "It's not a prosecutor's job to start with a name and look for a crime. It's a prosecutors job to start with a crime and look for name." She points out what he must have missed in the last eight years: that this is exactly what happened to Donald Trump at the hands of his fellow travelers.

Biden didn't pressure Garland or anyone else. He was just an elderly man with a poor memory, remember?

So, taking your point, when did Garland every say "NO" to the people handling Biden and issuing directives in his name?

Or see Polishprince' very good example and respond to it.

Biden pressured Garland to allow him to violate court decisions which specifically forbade Biden from forgiving student loans.

Totally ignored the decision of the Supreme Court, and Garland refused to tell Biden he couldn't do it and he failed to have Biden arrested for it.

Pam gave them NOTHING! She smoked their asses!

Meet our new AG Pam Bondi

How ya like them apples schiff?

Senator Kennedy asks what if some ambitious prosecutor decides to go after Biden's inner circle for concealing Joe Biden's mental incapacity.

He doesn't advocate that, but he explains that this is the exact precedent set. Not by Pam Bondi, who the Democrats are in such a tizzy about, but by Merrick Garland, unrestrained due to Joe Biden's failure to tell him "NO."

Democrats aren't afraid to look like hypocrites.

They spent the last 4 years doing the exact thing they're asking us not to do to them.

Gutless......

The point is they're trying to get the person they're harassing to have a meltdown.

After the program was rejected by the SC, Biden introduced another program that didn't include the parts that the SC had rejected.

Never. Garland was a LapDog.

And Galand did not say "NO" to this blatant attempt to get around settled law.

Good point, it is settled law in America that abortion is the business of the states and the people.

Biden repeatedly tried to overturn it with a statute.

Un ******* Constitutional and IMHO, it makes Biden an insurrectionist

I’m sure he did plenty of times. I think you’re confused by the fact that Biden doesn’t get up at 3 am and tell the world about it, like the petulant child Trump.

I'm sure he did not, due to there being no evidence whatsoever of it, and due to Democrats tendancy to follow each other in lockstep.

Whoever was running Biden was the most powerful committee in the world, and there is no way a milquetoast like Merrick Garland stood up to them. The idea is absurd.

Garland did not say "NO" to a legal tactic intended to meet Supreme Court restrictions. Didn't trump say it was smart to find loopholes?

Now that you mention it, when did obama’s “wingman” at DOJ say no to the first gay muslim president?
