Portland, Maine is overrun with migrants and their Governor obviously has no problem using tax payer money to pay for these people.
Portland has more than it can handle. Guess San Diego will just have to keep the ones they want to send somewhere else.
If they had any brains they would take them all back to the border and boot them across.
