Seems like every day we hear some new number concerning Obama's approval rating. Used to hear the approval ratings for Congress (and they were pretty low) but now you hardly ever hear of any kind of an approval rating for these clowns. What's up with that? Did they finally hit "zero" approval ratings or has Congress paid off somebody to keep their mouth shut on their performance rating? If I could officially rate them, I would give them less than 10% on job performance BUT I would give them a 95% stupidity rating.
