First, Accepting a pardon is also admitting guilt of crime or crimes, otherwise you would not need to accept a pardon, nothing to be pardoned for.
I have no doubt the Federal cases will be dropped, and never have had, since the election.
What New York does is what New York does. As he was found guilty on the evidence on all 34 counts, the Gov Could offer pardon on the guilty offenses, or trump can keep paying lawyer to file appeals, which might or might not overturn and end the guilty verdicts.
