Zone1 what is the traditional day of rest for you?

which day is it?

Sunday remains the traditional day of rest in America. However, the Biblical day of rest is the seventh day, Saturday. Saturday is the traditional "play day" for most Americans.

Few actually rest anymore. Americans are fatigued and sleep deprived.
