I keep hearing that Donald Trump is bad because he acts for the benefit of America and that’s not what America is all about. Who are these people telling us what America is all about? I think you will find these people on elite college campuses where they have always been. The ilk of these people has always been the same. They are highly educated and consider average Americans as a herded class. They do not think in terms of country or historical family; they believe they are above that. They have no respect for the collective wisdom of the working class; they regard rank and file Americans as sheep.
Many of these elites end up in US politics and they have done great damage to what America is about in the minds of Americans which is not what America is about in the minds of elites. Elites think in much broader terms than everyday Americans. They see the US as just another sheep herd in a global sheep herd. But they see working Americans as a danger to the global sheep herd because Americans have a way of not following elite shepherds like other country’s do.
I remember in 1962 I was 15 and JFK wanted to invade Cuba as a continuing threat to the safety of America bolstering the invasion with air support. But the elites vetoed this, telling Kennedy that defending the US with a full invasion of an enemy was not what America was all about. They were afraid the Soviets would be upset. So, the invasion failed and Cuba promptly invited the USSR to install nuclear missiles 90 miles from Florida and aim them at US cities.
Incredibly, even after the missiles were gone, the elites continued to say an invasion of Cuba was still not what America was all about even though Castro intended to wipe out the US with atomic bombs. So, Cuba is still there after all these years with a suffering population that would have been a lot better off if the US had invaded.
Donald Trump invaded Iran and the elites are still saying that this is not what America is all about. Iran wants the destruction of America just like Castro, maybe more. Some are still listening to the elite. What is America about? We better decide because if the elites prevail it will be gone.
