well, considering we have said that we believe the report from 2 months ago, its a given they have used gas and if they did this time, it doesn't matter in that context.


as to intervention, we will not send troops there, he won't do it nor should we inho, but he may provide a no fly zone which will raise the stakes ala Russia etc.
