What Does Your Pooch Bring Home To You?

Those amazing pooches can surprise anyone with their endless finds they manage to deliver to your door step!

You don't see any dogs bringing any cats home though!

When I was a kid, my family had a big cat that some dog tried to pick a fight with and the cat beat him up, jumped on his back, and rode him up the street like a horse, the dog yelping all the way.

When dogs ran free, I saw a line of them running through the yards. They were being chased by a cat.

Tinker the Beagle never brought home animals, but he did bring home someone's baseball glove, an enamel cooking pot, skate guards...
If any of these items had a name on them, we kids would have to return them. However, as Tinker became infamous, people would know to check our front lawn for missing items.

I think I've had pets bring one or two "gifts" home--- that is really all they are--- the stupid dog wants to show you his appreciation for all you do and wants to show he is holding up his end by policing the area, and bringing you home a gift.

The cats come in a relatively small package but carry a BIG wallop to them!
 
When we had dogs, they didn't bring things home. We had a cat one time that would bring anything home she could catch be it alive or dead. Couldn't tell you how many times I had to get freaking live snakes out of her mouth. Fortunately none were poisonous.

Our pit bull brought an entire litter of kittens home.
