What Do We Have Enough Of?

Sources of information.

This was not true a generation ago. If you are reasonably well equipped today, there is almost no fact that you cannot find with a relatively quick search. What was William the Conqueror's favorite beverage? You could look it up.

We have gotten used to it, but it is a huge benefit that we have that previous generations did not. I remember hours-long arguments at friendly poker games about silly things like, How many home runs did Ty Cobb end up with? Now you don't have those conversations. Somebody mentions it and ten seconds later someone else at the table is reading off the pertinent stats. It is true for significant things as well, like Presidents, historical events, geographical information.

Don't take this for granted. It is huge.
