If you pasted something like this on your windshield in the US you would be breaking the law. I think this might be in Italy. Does anyone know? Look at the sign behind the car.

Some think porch monkey also alludes to the perceived living conditions of certain Black people—stereotyping them as residing in low-income housing that lacks air-conditioning and forces them outside to stay cool.
