Unlike you, I do believe in juries, especially when found acceptable to both sides during the selection process. After that it depends on the presentations and evidence as well as the competency of counsel on both sides. Oh, and I have never met Bill Clinton, so not a buddy. The only communication with him was a thank you letter (form letter, embossed, not hand signed by him) on my retirement from the military.
