Thanks for sharing this. That is a weak argument, people withdrawing their welfare money in exotic locations. Find a government actor that is actively promoting welfare fraud and you'd have a strong story. Besides, not everyone is a fan of welfare existing, or food stamps or public assistance of any sort. Be that as it may, welfare advocates aren't having their cause helped by the rash of welfare card withdrawals at places like casinos, strip clubs and bars through the years. Legislation is attempting to curb it, but the practice is still happening.
