The part about the will only makes me think of my two favorite cousins. They recently learned about who will be getting what of their mother's assets. It sounds like one third of may go to their dad even though him and my aunt divorced over 30 years ago. According to one of my cousins, a will was never made, but a life insurance policy was drawn up at some point which is where my uncle's name was found. How can my "uncle" be entitled to anything that has been left behind when a will was never processed? Shouldn't that be the final say? For the record, he has been a dead beat his whole life and so if he does end up getting anything, he doesn't deserve one penny of it.
God bless you and my cousins always!!!
Holly
P.S. My aunt never did go on to marry anyone else.
