The DEA almost starved some guy to death named Chong. (not with Cheech , a different Chong, I guess there's at least 2 people named Chong)
the DEA threw him in a cell for 5 days without food. it started drinking his own pee.
DEA agents said they knew he was in there but they assumed who ever throw him in there was taking care of him.

Chong was awarded 4 million.

no word on if our federal overlords were disciplined , probably not
