"To vote by mail, voters must include personal identifying information, such as an address, birthday, driver's license number or last four digits of a Social Security number. A voter’s remaining personal information is matched against the information stored on voter rolls, such as a signature."
LOL at using your address, birthday, last 4 digits of SSN etc. Our elections are so insecure. I lost my wallet one year and I was allowed to vote with a utility bill. This is madness.
We need to develop a national database of fingerprints and use fingerprint scanning, possibly eventually retinal scans, and combine it with a voter ID card.
