i know ruger makes a .22 single action revolver that has a blackhawk series. I think the piece you are quoting above is a stock only that you can adapt to an existing rifle.

ruger makes a 10/22 rifle. its very similar in appearance to an m1- carbine. the blackhawk piece is an add on stock
