What happened to the issues? Does anyone care about American prosperity? The long term sovereignty, solvency and global influence?

I recall when Hillary lost there were all the screams in media that basically the Dems have lost the average citizen and there were promises to look within and change. Did they?

There is no way Trump should be as popular as he is. The only reason is because the Parties on both sides of the aisle, moreso the Dems of late; have lost the plot. The West cannot win with a weakened America. It's that simple.

Both sides have been kind of lax on that. We used to have debates where the moderator would ask a question on an issue and then both candidates would then take turns and present their opinion on that issue. Now the moderators sometimes ask a question on the real issues and then Trump goes, "You're the worst president ever" and Biden goes, "If you're elected you will take democracy away". Very rarely does either one of them actually talk about the real issues. Trump deflects from the question and Biden just claims what a great job he's done already.
