Watched the old Martian Chronicles again on some channel,

and I really enjoyed the acting and script. I had read the book in high school, Bradbury was way ahead then and a great imaginer. The movie, with Rock Hudson, was well done, but I think with new cg effects and a little tweaking it could be even better. The story is about causes and effects of clashing civilizations, and that needs to be retained, and easy on the special effects, but I think it could be done.
