It is obviously a comedy. I believe the absurdly bad special effects is all a part of the goofiness of the movie. It is supposed to be absurd and stupid. And it is. And that is what makes the movie. It is entertaining, I liked it. In all of it's whackiness.

Can't have Christmas without watching Die Hard as a Christmas tradition.


Today, he doesn't know that he once was a famous movie actor.

He is basically being sequestered until he passes. The man we once knew from the big screens is gone.
