Vance is Trump's perfect choice. He keeps the democrats worried.

He is so perfect..... young, married, three kids, law school graduate, ex-democrat, etc... he checks all of the boxes -so in all of their jealousy of him, the dems have all decided to call him weird.

No mate; he's more long term than that. DeSantis 2028-2036 and if Vance is still good then he can throw his hat in the ring as a mid-50 yo. But hell there are some fantastic talented Republicans.

No. He's far to polarizing and on topics that spin his opposing side up. His stance on abortion for example. Neither the President and certainly not the VP can change abortion law at the federal level and most definitely at the state level so while it makes no sense to not support someone for that post based on this issue many people do. One of the bigger advantages Trump had was lack of democrat voter enthusiasm. Putting Vance on the ticket moves that needle.
